November 25, 2022, Unioncamere del Veneto in collaboration with the Veneto Region presented for the first time since the start of the project, the results and aims of the European Erasmus+ project CSR in Class+. This first Italian multiplier event of the CSR in Class+ project entitled “Who wants to be CSR manager?: the tools of responsible business – skills and new professional profiles” was held in front of teachers and students at the fair dedicated to career guidance: Job & Orienta.

The event on November 25, 2022 from 3:15 to 4:00 p.m. at Job &Orienta in Verona, was well attended due to its positioning within the most important Italian fair dedicated to Orientation, School, Training and Work.

The workshop allowed participating students to experience a module of the e-learning course on CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility aimed at high schools developed as part of the CSR in Class+ project. Using the Moodle platform, students were able to find out what a responsible company does, how it differs from others, and see some real-world examples. With the support of Mentimeter, participants were able to check knowledge quickly and easily and test themselves together with their peers.

The young Italians immediately expressed great interest and motivation in wanting to approach CSR+ issues. Social innovation, sustainability and corporate social responsibility are all topics close to them and important for the future of our planet.

The free online course dedicated to secondary schools to introduce CSR, ESG and social innovation topics into their curricula is soon available in 4 languages upon request.
